On the sidelines of the Egypt International Mining Forum 2025, Eng. Karim Badawy, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, received Mr. Issam Khorani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Nubian Mining Company operating in the field of gold exploration and production, and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of geologist Yasser Ramadan, Chairman of the Egyptian General Authority for Mineral Resources and Mining Industries. 

During the meeting, the company’s current and future activities in the field of research, exploration and gold production in the company’s concession areas were reviewed. 

Engineer Karim Badawy stressed his welcome of the company’s presence and activity in Egypt and its desire to expand its investments in mining raw materials other than the field of gold production, noting the readiness of the Egyptian Ministry and the General Authority for Mineral Resources and Mining Industries to provide all aspects of support to achieve success for all.

 

For his part, Mr. Issam Khorani, Chairman of the Company, expressed his happiness to be in Egypt and the measures taken to develop the Egyptian mining sector, which will encourage more investments, noting that there are promising results that will be announced soon in the field of gold production following the operations carried out by the company during the past period, noting the company’s desire to expand its investments in mining raw materials such as phosphate, white sand, and others.
