Safety Is Our Priority

Mining is a high-risk industry. The nature of our core business activities of exploration, mining, construction, and operation create a complex work environment requiring a rigorous health and safety culture The health and safety of our employees, clients, contractors, and communities is our top priority. We maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) system to minimize risks and continuously improve our practices.

Our HSE Policy

  • We have a ZERO tolerance approach to bribery and corruption, as set out in our Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption Policy. Our Whistleblower Policy ensures that any of our employees, consultants, contractors, directors or officers may share concerns, confidentially and anonymously, about possible improprieties, illegal or unethical activities. The policy also ensures an impartial investigation of such concerns.
